Dr. Xochitl Palomino, N.D., earned her naturopathic doctorate degree at Bastyr University and her undergraduate degree in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology at the University of California, Santa Cruz. She was a holistic integrative primary care physician in the state of Washington for more than 11 years.
She was first introduced to the use of medicinal herbs at a young age by her Mexican mother, and her formal education has included Ayurvedic medicine, Western herbs, fundamentals of Chinese Medicine, homeopathy, aromatic medicine, biofeedback, and yoga therapy.
Dr. Palomino spent three years as a Sales sub-rep for Host Defense® Mushrooms™, and 10 years as a demonstrator in the natural products industry. She now spends much of her time educating others on the benefits of mushroom mycelium and herbs.
